Lilith, ogresse, est en froid avec le village. Mise en quarantaine, ne côtoyant plus personne, elle perd l’usage de la parole. Au cœur de sa solitude, elle rêve de devenir chanteuse d’opéra. Lilith décide de passer une petite annonce : « Cherche jeune fille au pair, diplômée, sachant chanter ». Herr Lichtoni, un homme venu d’ailleurs, se présente un soir d’orage à la porte du château de Lilith… Une confrontation cruelle et fantasmagorique, où la monstruosité, la peur et la faim de l’autre sont au cœur d’un univers étrange et inquiétant.


Lilith, an ogress, is on bad terms with the village. Ostracised, and for lack of contact with others, she loses the power of speech. In her solitude she dreams of becoming an opera singer. Lilith decides to place a small ad: «Wanted: qualified young girl, with singing skills, as au pair». One stormy evening, Herr Lichtoni, a stranger, appears at the door of Lilith’s castle… A cruel and phantasmagorical confrontation, where monstrosity, fear and hunger are at the core of a strange and disconcerting world.
